Dusting & Cleaning: Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. For any stubborn spots, use a slightly damp cloth, avoiding any harsh cleaning products to prevent damage.

Spills: If you spill something on the item, quickly blot it with a clean cloth. Avoid rubbing, as it may cause stains to spread or soak in. For liquids like coffee or wine, use a bit of mild soap on a damp cloth, if needed, and wipe dry.

Dried Wax: If candle wax leaks and dries on your piece, wait until it has completely cooled. Then, gently scrape off the excess with a soft plastic tool or your fingernail to avoid scratching.

Residual Wax: To remove any remaining wax, place a sheet of absorbent paper over the wax, then gently heat it with a hairdryer on low. The best choice is plain absorbent paper, like brown kraft paper or paper towels. Avoid glossy, coated, or printed paper, as they might not absorb the wax effectively or could even transfer ink. Gently press the paper to ensure close contact with the wax. This way, the melted wax will transfer efficiently. You can do this by placing a folded cloth or oven mitt on top of the paper and pressing down lightly while applying heat. This will allow you to maintain pressure without getting too close to the heat source. The wax will transfer to the paper. Wipe the area clean with a soft cloth once cool.

Avoid Excess Water: These materials are sensitive to moisture, so avoid soaking or prolonged water exposure.

Heat Exposure: While durable, placing very hot items directly on the surface may lead to small cracks. Use a trivet if placing hot items on top.
